For a speeding ticket, or other traffic infractions, to be put on your drivers record normally you must have been found guilty of the violation. If you pay the traffic ticket you are pleading guilty and therefore it becomes a conviction and the traffic violation is then listed on your driving history.
If the traffic ticket is reduced then the reduced ticket violation usually is listed on your driving record. If the traffic ticket is removed or if you are found not guilty in traffic court then the infraction would not be listed at all on the driving history since your were not convicted of the violation.
To know how and what type of traffic tickets are put on your driving history contact your Department of Motor Vehicles. To get information on how your insurance carrier’s rating system works regarding speeding ticket or other traffic violation ask your car insurance agent in Denver Colorado.
